Please do not hesitate to use this company if you need your property cleared of brush or weeds or whatever your needs are. They do an excellent job, have reasonable rates, and are fantastic with communication. We are more than happy with the job done on our land. Plus the owners are really good people! A++

Happy's Dirt Work and Brush Cutting, based in Winnemucca, Nevada, is FIRST RATE. I found out about this outstanding business after I read an ad in the local newspaper in May 2025 which stated "We improve your land with our experience." The ad indicated that they do "brush cutting, dirt moving, locate and uncover septic systems, and driveway building." And now that they have done a number of projects for us, I can attest that they have the equipment to do it all and extensive mechanical knowledge and competence to achieve it all! During scheduled work sessions on our rural property, they did indeed help us improve our land by mowing weeds and grass; running the tractor with a ripper attachment to renew the fire break; lowered an irrigation box; located the second septic tank lid and installed new risers for both lids; did all the excavation and work necessary to change out two freezeless faucets; culvert repair; started moving dirt and flagstone and other rocks for a xeroscaping project; improved a secondary dirt road with a tractor's box scraper attachment; and helped with trenching and pipe laying during an electrical project; etc. Their rates are reasonable, they do exemplary work, and they truly are second to none. We could not be happier with their work and services, which we are happy to say will continue in 2026.
